For users who purchased on revos.holdings but weren't in the original distribution
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST
After the deadline, all validated claims will be added to a new ERC20 smart contract. An email with a unique claim code will be sent to your registered revos.holdings email address. Do not change your email. Claims will then be available via claims.revofi.app.

This form is for validating purchases that were not included in the original merkle tree distribution. Your submission will be verified against blockchain records and the revos.holdings database.

Where do I find my User ID?
Log into your revos.holdings account and look at the dashboard or profile section. Your User ID is in the format UD***** (e.g., UD12345).
Where do I find my Transaction ID?
Check your purchase confirmation email from revos.holdings, or view your transaction history in your account. The Transaction ID is in the format TNX****** (e.g., TNX123456).
What if I made multiple purchases?
Submit a separate claim for each transaction. Each Transaction ID should be unique.
I was already included in the original distribution
